Announcement from Bishop Michael Martin

Our Bishop is asking that we participate in an On-Line Questionnaire of all Parishes and
Parishioners (age 18 and Older) in the Diocese.

The 10–15-minute survey can be accessed through an online link will be shared with you a bit
closer to the start of the survey. You will be asked to reflect on your own spiritual growth and
provide your perspective on our parish’s efforts to help you grow in relationship with Christ. All
responses will be confidential. We take parishioners’ confidentiality very seriously. No one in the
diocese or on our parish staff – including the pastor – will have access to individual parishioner
responses. This survey is available in many languages including English, Spanish, and
Vietnamese.

The on-line survey starts on 6 March and ends 8 April.

Paper surveys will also be available for those who do not have the ability to complete the survey
online.
